A man goes into a bar in a highrise.
He sees another man take a pill, take a drink, walk to the window and jump out.
He flies around for a minute and zips back into the bar.
As the amazed newcomer watches, the man repeats this twice more.
Finally the man asks if he could have a pill.
The flier says it is his last one.
The man offers five hundred dollars to no avail, so he makes a final offer of a thousand dollars.
The man says that it is all he has on him.
The flier reluctantly gives in, takes the cash, surrenders the pill, and turns back to the bar.
The man takes the pill, takes a drink, goes to the window, and jumps out, only to fall to his death.
The bartender walks over to the flier at the bar and, wiping a glass, says, "You sure are mean when you're drunk, Superman."

This is the soup dish. It's called Beef Consumme. Mine is the one on the left. Took this picture with another soup to show the correct colour of a good Consumme soup and a not so good Consumme soup. My instructor said the colour of my soup is very good.

This is the main dish. It's called Fried Fish A La Ori'ly. It's just deep fried red snapper, pilaf rice and salad. There's sauce for the salad and the fried fish too.

Presentation time!!! At the end of every dish, we have to present it on the table you see in the picture and our instructor will see, smell and taste our food. From there he will tell us where we went wrong and tell us how to improve on it.

Didn't have enough sleep the night before and have to wake up at 5 the next morning for school.

Fell asleep for the first lesson, good thing that it wasn't important. Today a group of us made fun of Eugene. Cause we kinda think that he's interested in 1 of my classmate. Even my girlfriend thinks so too.

Today kitchen I.S (Individual stove) lesson was a breeze. Cooked shell fish soup and steamed roulard of chicken leg with marshroom rossitto. The shell fish soup was so damn disgusting. It had a very fishy smell and taste, felt like puking when i tasted it. The chicken was delicous though, even brought home a piece for my dad to try.

First thing i did when i reached home was to sharpen my knife which i brought back from school. Had dinner and talked to my girlfriend.

Hai..... tomorrow is valentine day and i've got to attend school. The worst part is school end around 6.15 pm. Gotta rush down to the airport after school to meet my sweetheart for dinner, and she's leaving for australia after dinner. Quite disappointed cause for the past 3 years being together, the both of us have never really spend valentine day together cause of 2 yrs of NS (Incase some of you who do not know, NS is a short form for National Service. Where every male in the country must serve the army for 2 yrs to 2 and a half years once they reached the age of 18) and now cause of school. But what the heck, everyday is valentine day as long as i'm with my sweetheart.

Anyway, to all couples out there, Happy valentine day and cherish the time you have together.

Here are the pros and cons. Pros for gundam: eveything is painted and assembled for you, the price ranges from $40-$130. The cons: There's only like 30-40 models, and i'll collect all of them in no time.

The pros for 12 inch: It's been my love since i was 13 yrs old, a new model will come out every 1-2 months, so i'll never finish collecting them. The cons: It's a really expensive hobby, i've got 24 models right now and i've spent $4k plus.

Leaving that issue aside, today my girlfrind will be leaving for malaysia. She'll be back on valentine day and will fly off again at night on that same day to australia. Hai.... won't be able to see her for the next 4 months. Gonna miss her badly, but on the brighter note, i'll be able to stay home and study for my coming exam. Here's her pic below

Well, gotta go.

Well, not really, had 1 before but never touch it at all. Anyway, decided to keep a blog so i'll remember all the interesting things that has happened in my life. This is gonna be a long 1 so bear with me.

Well, after i ORD, i worked in a telemarketing company doing Balance Transfer for American express. The job was ok, the pay was good. ($7 per hour + $300 if i hit target.)Worked there for a few months before i flew off to Australia to visit my SillyGer for a month. Had a wonderful time there.

When i came back, i registered for a course in shatec (culinary arts) got accepted and i'm in my 2nd month into the course. (BTW, it's a 2 yr course) More about school, i'm starting to feel the pressure now although it's been only 2 mths. Have to remember lots of recipe and we have to plan on what we should cook next. Met lots of good friends there e.g Ben, Eugene, Sebastian, Sacha, Aaron, etc. Really a bunch of fun loving ppl.

Oh, took my driving test today and i passed. (1st attempt) But somehow i dun really feel overjoyed, i mean i do feel happy but not enthu about it. Maybe it's because of the fact that i don't have a car to drive. But anyway, it's good to have a licence.

On the 8th of Feb 06, 1 hour before my driving lesson, iwas having dinner with my jiatang (My girlfriend) at eunos. And i remembered her telling me something that made me the luckiest man alive. She told me that her friends asked her a question, and that question was.... "Do you think that you'll have a future with Wayne?" And she replied, "If i don't see a future with him, i wouldn't have stayed with him for so long, i would have broken up with him and go look for another guy. The relationship we have now is very strong." Awwww.... can you believe that? This msg is for her, I LOVE YOU SO MUCH DEAR!!!!

Chatting with my army friend now and just found out that 1 of my platoon mate got into a bike accident. Last year on 25th Dec 05, 1 of my coy mate got killed in a bike accident. Hai...... he's only 20 when he left this world. So to all who ride bikes, pls be careful. Life is precious. I almost lost my girl due to a reckless driver.

Anyway gonna sleep now, gotta wake up @ 5 for school. Hai..... Good night
